DATA PRIVACY NOTICE – HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
UIG COMMUNITY CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED
This privacy notice explains the way in which the Uig Community Co-Operative Limited also known as The Uig Shop (“The Co-operative”) uses, or “processes” personal information. Only employees of the Co-operative [and third party suppliers of goods or services] can access your data. We will not share your data outside the Co-operative without your consent, properly obtained, unless we are permitted or obliged to do so by law.

- Employees– a contract with the individual to fulfill obligations under an employment contract
- Customer account holders – a contract with the individual to supply goods or services
- Suppliers – legitimate interest for commercial benefit
- Members of the Uig or Wider Community – by consent
